The project for the CABRAL collection was inspired from daily life and a common object for the people of Senegal and more largely West Africa. This woollen hat also known as the Lafa or Cabral pays homage to the hero of Bissau-Guinean independence: Amilcar Cabral (who never took his off) The Cabral has become West Africa's equivalent to Ché Guévara’s beret reflecting the same hero imagery.

Made from black and white knitted cotton, Bull Doff sees this object as more than a simple accessory. Using contemporary graphism and it’s urban identity, Bull Doff has transformed it into an element of creativity.

The Cabral hat has become the emblem of ARTivism.
